StTaS:Couponing: Do you repurpose household items?

Something to Talk about Saturday:

I will just ask a random question. If you care to answer, leave a comment.

4th topic: Do you repurpose household items?

Having kids made me more mindful. It made me realize that I could not afford to waste anything. Living on limited income, some things could be reused.

Repurpose: to change (something) so that it can be used for a different purpose.

10 ways that I repurpose household items:

I use the coffee cans to store items inside such as safety pins and other odds and ends.

I use Diaper Boxes to store my hair products and body washes in.

I use the blank side of envelopes to write grocery lists and to-do lists.

I use my cleaner spray bottles to make homemade cleaners.

I use plastic produce bags as shower caps.

I use Styrofoam meat trays as paint palettes.

I use my soap dispenser to pump water balloons in the summer.

I use food cartons to plant flowers in.

I donate some worn clothes so that they can be used to stuff cushions.

I reuse plastic grocery bags for bathroom trash bags.

Don’t forget to share some of your favorite ways to repurpose.

Thanks,
