Tuesday Tip on Frugality– I will offer a tip in regards to coupons, and organization.
Tip#29:Learn how to use a coupon correctly.
Everyone always asks me how I get lots of products for free or cheap. I learned how to read the coupon correctly. This is the most important thing to learn in order to survive the coupon game correctly. Familiarize yourself with the different types of coupons and wordings. If a coupon reads save on any, make sure that you can use it on your trial size. If a coupon says that you must buy a certain number of items, make sure that you fill the quota. It is rather simple, but I see many people buying the wrong things. For instance the tide coupon says Save $2.00 on any 1 Tide Laundry Detergent(Excludes Tide Simply and Fresh). Some people with use it on the exclusion, which is not allowed.
If the coupon says:
Ex: Save 1.00 wyb 2 Snyder Pretzels 18 oz or larger
You cannot buy just one.
You cannot buy a package smaller than 18 oz.
You cannot buy Wise Pretzels.
Please learn how to use coupons correctly. It will save us all some time.
